When you enter a NU2U Radio event or program, you enter an area where photography and video recording may occur. Your entry and presence on the event premises constitutes your consent to be photographed, filmed, and/or otherwise recorded and to the release, publication, exhibition, or reproduction of any and all recorded media of your appearance for any purpose whatsoever in perpetuity in connection with NU2U Radio and its initiatives, including, by way of example only, use on websites, in social media, and advertising. NU2U Radio reserves the right to use any photograph/video taken at any NU2U Radio event, without the expressed written permission of those included within the photograph/video. NU2U Radio may use the photograph/video in publications, promotional or other media material produced, used or contracted by NU2U Radio including but not limited to: advertising, books, brochures, invitations, flyers, magazines, newspapers, promotional purposes, social media, telecasts, webcasts, websites or any other purpose by NU2U Radio and its affiliates and representatives.  You release NU2U Radio, its officers, and employees, and each and all persons involved from any liability connected with the taking, recording, digitizing, or publication and use of interviews, photographs, computer images, video and/or sound recordings.

To ensure the privacy of individuals, images will not be identified using full names without written approval from the photographed subject, parent or legal guardian.

In addition, by entering the event premises, you waive all rights or claims for payment or royalties in connection with any use, exhibition, streaming, webcasting, televising, or other publication of these materials, regardless of the purpose or sponsoring of such use, exhibiting, broadcasting, webcasting, or other publication irrespective of whether a fee for admission or sponsorship is charged. You also waive any right to inspect or approve any photo, video, or audio recording taken by NU2U Radio or any person or entity designated to do so by NU2U Radio.

Any person or organization not affiliated with NU2U Radio may not use, copy, alter or modify NU2U Radio photographs, graphics, videography or other similar reproductions or recordings without the advance written permission of an authorized designee from NU2U Radio.

Additionally, by purchasing a ticket you're agreeing to receive email updates from the event organizers about the event.
